About TruPuppies

TruPuppies is a trusted online marketplace that connects families looking for a new puppy with responsible breeders across the United States. Buyers can search thousands of listings by breed, state, city, price, gender, and age — then message breeders directly, review their profiles, and make an informed decision before bringing a new companion home.

What makes TruPuppies different is transparency. Every breeder on the platform carries a visible Tru Score™ — a trust rating built from profile completeness, verified activity, and genuine buyer reviews. Instead of guessing whether a seller is legitimate, families can see a breeder's track record at a glance, read reviews from past buyers, and browse photos of available puppies before ever reaching out.

TruPuppies is built for two audiences. For puppy buyers, it is a safer, clearer way to find a healthy, well-cared-for dog near home. For breeders, it is a free place to reach serious buyers: every breeder can publish up to ten listings per month at no cost, manage inquiries from a simple dashboard, and optionally promote a listing as a Top Ad for extra visibility.

The platform is built and maintained by a small, independent team of dog lovers and software builders who believe finding a puppy should never feel risky. Questions or feedback? We would love to hear from you on our contact page.
